A man charged with fraud worth £105,000 involving indicator lights for RNAS Culdrose's runway will face Truro Crown Court in April.
Keith Andre Spicer, aged 39, of Great Beddow, Chelmsford, Essex, was not present at the most recent court hearing, last Friday.
His case will next appear in April, when he is due to enter a plea.
When Spicer appeared before Truro's magistrates' court last month he was charged with fraud by supplying 28 precision approach path indicator lights to Debut Services (South West) for use on the refitted runway at RNAS Culdrose.
It is alleged that Spicer purported them to have been manufactured by Research Engineers of Australia when they had not been, intending to make a gain of £105,000 for himself and the company of which he was a director in 2012.
