Cornwall Council has approved plans for a new home and garage on land in Wodehouse Terrace, Falmouth, despite numerous objections from neighbours.
The application, made on behalf of Gary and Tracy Bullen, had won support of Falmouth Town Council’s planning committee.
One of the conditions attached to the approval states the family bathroom window and all first and lower first floor windows on one elevation should be fitted with obscure glazing to protect the privacy of neighbours.
