A bench is to be bought and placed in Falmouth’s Kimberley Park to act as a memorial to local resident Denys Mitchell who died in December 2012.
The park’s head gardener, Julian Kay; Mr Mitchell’s widow, Elizabeth; and a representative from the Kimberley Park Association, will decide where the bench should be located.
The memorial is being planned as a tribute to the contributions Mr Mitchell made to the park association and the community in general.
