K9 Crusaders dog welfare charity based at Bissoe is asking for help from the public to win £5,000.
The charity has entered a competition to win £5,000 to help towards the ever increasing costs of food vet fees and the general care for the dogs.
The charity is asking for one last push to help them win the cash, with the competition ending tomorrow at midnight.
To vote go to www.animalfriendsquote.co.uk/fb-worldcup/.
K9 Crusaders was established in 2002 and help with anything dog related including rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming, advice, behavioural support and help finding lost dogs.
Staffed by volunteers, K9 Crusaders has no external funding and relies solely on fundraising and grants to survive.
The charity has a non-euthanasia policy and do not believe in putting healthy dogs down, instead focusing on rehabilitation of dogs until they are able to go home.
