CROWAN PARISH CHURCH: The ringing of the bells at St Crewenna Church called the congregation to the morning service and Sunday school, held on Sunday at 11am. The organist was Colin; Peter and Christine read the prayers; prayers of intersession were read by Peter; Tess arranged the lovely flowers; Eric took the offering and Sharon and Howard took the Sacrament to the altar. The Rev Dom led the service and told everyone that this Sunday was Racial Justice Sunday and was an opportunity for all Christians in Britain and Ireland to focus their thoughts on racial justice by celebrating human diversity, rejoicing in how far God's people have travelled together and reminding everyone that there is much further to go both in the church and in the world.

Also this morning the Rev Dom presented Amanda with a birthday card and everyone sang Happy Birthday to her. The congregation would like to congratulate Ben and Alexis from the St Aubyn Arms on the birth of their son Ethan and also thank them for their kindness and work for the church.
