A casualty had to be rescued from a car that tumbled down an embankment at Barncoose Roundabout in the early hours of this morning.
One appliance from Redruth, one from Camborne and the specialist rescue tender from Camborne attended the scene just after midnight this morning.
A fire and rescue spokesman said: "One vehicle had left the road and gone down a 20 foot bank with one person trapped inside. Firefighters used crash rescue equipment to release the casualty and then assisted with getting the casualty to the road where they were taken by ambulance to hospital.
"There was one other walking wounded casualty also taken to hospital by ambulance. Police were also on scene."
