A mini tornado has been blamed for widespeard damage to home in Park Bottom, Illogan, with windows smashed and flying wheelie bins, with even a trampoline and a garden shed reported to have lifted off.
The wild winds hit Trevelyan Road as the weather worsened last night.
Western Power were also called out to the scene after the wind caused power lines to come down.
