Porthleven town council increasingly frustrated over planning decisions
Porthleven town councillors have spoken of their “growing sense of frustration” with Cornwall Council when it came to planning decisions.
Dick Powell said members were putting a lot of work into the job, only for their recommendations to be “criticised, or turned down, or thrown back.”
His comments had the support of other councillors.
