A yacht with a jammed spinnaker sparked a call out for Falmouth's RNLI volunteers on Saturday morning.
Falmouth Coastguard sent the inshore lifeboat out at around 11.30am following calls reporting a yacht in Falmouth Bay with its spinnaker jammed up the mast, which was being blown out to sea and not under control.
The lifeboat headed out of the harbour towards Pendennis Point, but around 1145am it was reported that the yacht had managed to drop its spinnaker and the situation was under control.
