Three divers who sparked a mass search of the Coverack area this afternoon have been found safe and well.
Both Falmouth lifeboats were launched just after 2pm, with the Lizard lifeboat also attending along with a rescue helicopter and coastguards.
The divers are understood to have lost contact with their boat on the Lowland side of the bay, resulting in a call to the emergency services.
Happily the divers were able to get ashore onto a beach at Lowland Point, where a medic from the helicopter is said to have checked over them before giving the all clear for them to return to their diveboat.
1405 LAUNCH BOTH BOATS. Details to follow
