Pudsey Bear was on a very important mission in and around Falmouth last week when he visited schools to collect money for BBC's Children in Need appeal.
He first turned up at Falmouth Primary Academy where pupils had raised £393.30 through its day of activities. These included being allowed to come to school dressed in spots in return for a donation and three cake sales which had been organised by members of the school council.
Pudsey also popped into Constantine School to meet some of the children who had helped raised £194.12 for the charity campaign. Again, the youngsters had made a donation to be able to wear spotty outfits for the day.
