Hundreds of people descended on Mullion Harbour on Saturday for the return of the annual raft race.
The Mullion Harbour Day Raft Race began at 11am with harbour games, craft stalls, free kayak tasters, a barbecue, live music, and a fancy-dress raft race.
Organised by the National Trust, and with water activities organised by Lizard Adventure, the free event is organised to teach the public about the harbour and raise awareness.
Catherine Lee, community and volunteering officer for the National Trust, said: “We didn’t run it last year because of repairs but it is usually an annual affair.
“We have kayak races, swimming races, a sea steeple chase, then we have stalls from people in the local community.
“The idea is to raise support for the harbour. It was great fun, thankfully we had a weather window as it was stormy the day before and it was misty the day after.
“The event was successful and everyone had a great time, we had some fantastic feedback and the support from the local community was very good.”
