Driving whilst disqualified and without due care and attention has landed a Mullion man in prison.
Colin Jack Lee Bricknell, of Tregellas Road, has been jailed for 16 weeks.
He pleaded guilty to magistrates in Truro to driving a black Seat Alhambra at Cury Cross Lanes while disqualified from having a licence, on May 10.
He also admitted driving without insurance and without due care and attention on the same date, also at Cury Cross Lanes.
Magistrates sent the 41-year-old to prison saying the offence was "so serious" because it was "deliberate driving," "reckless" and caused damaged to property and other vehicles.
Bricknell was also ordered to pay £300 in compensation, £85 prosecution costs and a £115 victim surcharge.
