Community groups in Penryn, Falmouth and Mylor have been presented with cheques by Asda's local community life champion, Lisa Kirkpatrick, after bagging votes in the store's green token scheme.
Trelowan Preschool in Penryn was the winner of £500 after gaining most votes between July and September. The two runners-up were the Young Generation of Falmouth youth theatre group and 1st Mylor Scouts, who both received cheques for £200 each.
There's just a few weeks left for the current green token voting at ASDA in Penryn. The tokens are generally available at most tills or the customer service desk.
