A PEDESTRIAN was left with multiple injuries after being hit by a car near Redruth on Wednesday night.
Police said that they were called to Andrews Terrace, on Loscombe Road at Four Lanes, at around 10.20pm.
A spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Upon their arrival, the officers spoke to a lady in the front garden of her house, but, whilst doing so, became aware of a collision nearby.
"At about 10.20pm, a SEAT motor car travelling from the direction of Piece towards Four Lanes had collided with a male pedestrian. As a result, the pedestrian sustained serious injuries to his legs, torso and head."
Witnesses are asked to contact the police using 101 and quoting the reference number 20180912 – 0959.
