International reggae star Eek-a-Mouse will be topping the bill at the Falmouth Reggae Festival on Saturday, September 29.

The dancehall DJ is coming direct from Jamaica to appear with the Mafia & Fluxy Band at Falmouth Cricket Club.

Few DJs have made as big an impact on the dancehall scene as Eek-a-Mouse, having invented a new vocal style, singjay. Eek-a-Mouse has since flooded the airwaves.

The festival runs from 12 noon until midnight and will be packed with reggae talent.

German artist Sara Lugo adds further international flavour to the line-up, along with the finest British, Scottish and Cornish acts spread across four stages, including Mungo’s Hifi, Channel One, Chainska Brassika, Eva Lazarus, Parly B, Gardna, Kaotic Kartel, Skank n Stomp, Ten Bob Notes, The Resistars, Count Skylarkin, Lionhat, The Stalks, Konquerin Soundz, Raggamuffin, Seizmic Audio, Jak Mix, Reggae Reggae Source, Selecta Demo, Raggadee, Indian Billy, Six Sunsets, Pressure Roots Hifi and Dub Drenched Soundsystem.

For those keen to carry on the party, there are several venues across the town hosting after parties including Falmouth Rugby Club, Toast and 5 Below.
