Police need to find Leo Harkins 'urgently'
Police are urgently hunting this man – and have warned anyone who sees him to call 999.
Devon and Cornwall Police have issued the appeal for help in the last hour, saying they want to hear from anyone who knows where Leo Harkins is.
No further details about his potential whereabouts have been given.
A police spokesperson said: “If anyone knows of his whereabouts please contact police urgently using 999, quoting log 396 of 19/09/2018.”
