Rush hour traffic on Falmouth's Dracaena Avenue was disrupted after an accident near the petrol station today (Monday October 15).
The crash took place at around 4.40pm today and the road was partially blocked with slow moving traffic.
It is the latest in a string of accidents on the same stretch of road in the last few weeks, two of which saw young children being hit by cars walking to and from school.
The family of a young boy who was struck by a car have launched a campaign with councillor Jayne Kirkham to have a pelican crossing installed on the road to make it safer for pedestrians.
Updates to follow.
