THREE people had to be treated at the scene of a fire in Falmouth last night.
Firefighters were called to a house on The Beacon at 7.40pm having received information that people were reported to be involved in the incident.
Appliances from Falmouth and Truro were alerted, on arrival there was found to be a fire on the outside of the building, which had spread to the porch of the property.
Everyone was quickly accounted for and the fire was put out by firefighters wearing breathing apparatus using a high pressure hosereel jet.
Three casualties at the scene were examined by attending Ambulance personnel and declared to be okay. Devon & Cornwall Police were also in attendance.
