A large fire broke out near a children's play park just before midnight yesterday.
Fire crews from Falmouth Fire Station were called to Trelawney Park off Browns Hill, Penryn.
It was after fire control received "multiple calls" to what has been described as a "large fire in the park area."
Firefighters were able to put the fire out quickly, using two hose reel jets.
The cause of the fire has not been given at this time.
