There were plenty of thrills when Penzance Leisure Centre held a Halloween Open Day for families on Saturday.
Themed activities included swimming in the centre's pools, which were looking spookily orange for the occasion.
There was also bobbing for apples, face painting, 'mummy bowling', slime boxes and a special cafe menu.
Visitors could try various taster classes in activities, while children could take part in Halloween games and witch Nerf wars, listen to ghost stories, jump on the bouncy castle and dance in the thriller disco.
There was one extra treat for those who visited - entry was just £1 for the day, with no tricks.
