The Royal Duchy Hotel, part of the Brend Hotels Group, will be sponsoring Falmouth’s official New Year fireworks for the second year running.
Promising to be a spectacular event, the stunning display will illuminate the skies over Pendennis Castle just as midnight strikes - providing thousands of expected spectators with a dazzling start to 2019.
Introduced for the first time in 2018, the hotel has committed to sponsoring the event for three years.
“The 2018 fireworks were a magnificent end-of-year finale that our guests, Falmouth visitors and locals alike all really enjoyed,” said Brend Hotels Group Director, Peter Brend. “Following the success of that display, we can’t wait to see what the team have in store this New Year.
"As owners of the Royal Duchy Hotel for the last 41 years, we’re very proud to be part of the local community and are delighted to be sponsoring this event.”
The fireworks display will take place on Monday, December 31 and should be visible from both the seafront and harbour-side of the town.
