A Falmouth Carers Forum meeting will be held in The Council Chamber on The Moor on Tuesday November 27.
The meeting aims to inform unpaid carers about the free advice and support they are entitled to from their local carers forum.
It was organised by the Kernow Carers service, which offers carers the opportunity to discuss the issues they face and have their voices heard in a welcoming and confidential environment.
The service also offers carers the chance to meet others in the same situation and support one another when facing similar issues.
Staff from Kernow Carers will attend to give advice and help to make referrals to Carer Support Coordinators (CSC) who work directly with individuals in the field.
Where issues cannot be resolved at the meeting or by a CSC, Kernow Carers can signpost people to a variety of different health and service providers.
The meeting will be held in The Council Chamber, Municipal Buildings, The Moor, Falmouth on Tuesday November 27 from 2pm to 4pm.
