Penryn Athletic have been handed a trip to holders Saltash United in the Cornwall Senior Cup third round.
Athletic, currently fourth in the Combination League, will visit the Ashes’ Kimberley Stadium on Saturday, January 5.
Saltash sit second in the South West Peninsula League Premier, meaning there are 35 league places between the two sides.
Falmouth Town will welcome East Cornwall Premier League club Polperro to Bickland Park in the third round.
Town are one place behind the Ashes in the SWPL Premier, while Polperro sit third in east Cornwall’s Combination League equivalent.
Perranwell's reward for reaching the third round for the first time in eight years is a home tie against last year's beaten semi-finalists St Austell.
The Lilywhites, who beat Falmouth in last season's quarter-finals, are ranked 36 places above Perranwell.
Helston Athletic will face a third SWPL Division 1 West club for the third round in a row as they travel to Bodieve Park to take on Wadebridge Town.
Porthleven, second in Division 1 West, travel to St Day, second in the Combination League, while Wendron United host St Stephens Borough, who, at 11th place in the East Cornwall Premier, are the lowest ranked side remaining.
Elsewhere, 2017 champions Bodmin Town host Camelford in an all-SWPL Premier tie while SWPL Premier side Launceston host Division 1 West leaders Liskeard Athletic.
