A Helston pub is back up for auction for a second time next week.

The Beehive in Coinagehall Street is listed with a guide price of £175,000 - £5,000 cheaper than when it was listed in October, but the reserve was not met.

It is once again being auctioned by Pugh Property in Manchester, which previously revealed that the 3,000 square foot business produced an annual income of approximately £27,000 a year.

The freehold bar also includes residential accommodation on the first and second floors, with the property let on a seven-year lease from May 2018, with the added security of a personal guarantee.

The property goes to auction on December 6, at the AJ Bell Stadium, Manchester.
