Lanner car fire
FOLLOWING the broken down lorry at Treluswell Roundabout at lunchtime, the Falmouth to Redruth road suffered more disruption when a car caught fire.
A Peugeot 107 went up in flames just after 2pm on A393 at Lanner Hill, near the village hall, causing more tailbacks.
No-one is believed to have been hurt.
Residents in the village directed oncoming traffic from both directions away from the scene while they waited for fire crews to arrive.
