Truro, Perranporth and Tregony Neighbourhood police teams took part in a traffic operation stopping motorists with no insurance, using their mobile phones whilst driving and other offences.
Officers were assisted by the “No Excuse” traffic team on Tuesday, November 27.
As a result they were able to deal with a variety of offences.
These included:
* Four No MOT
* Five No insurance
* One No licence
* Six vehicles recovered
* One mobile phone offence
* One excess speed
* Four vehicle defect offences
* One drug test
* Eight breath tests
* Three cars reported to DVLA
The team are planning further operations in the near future to make our roads safer for everyone to use.
