POLICE officers investigating two fires at a church in Penzance have charged a 45-year-old man with arson
The police and fire service were called to two incidents at St Mary the Virgin Church in Chapel Street on November 24 and December 3.
Paul Ratcliffe, aged 45, from Morrab Place, Penzance, has been charged with two counts of arson.
He has been released on police bail and is due to appear before Truro Magistrates’ Court on Monday, January 7, 2019.
