Devon and Cornwall Police are searching for a missing woman from the Lizard Peninsula after an abandoned vehicle was found in Coverack last night.
Joanna Aplin, 61, was last seen at home in the Cadgwith area at around 7am on December 5.
Police have been carrying out land and coastal searches around Helston and the Lizard areas in conjunction with HM Coastguard teams, including the use of police helicopters and the Lizard Lifeboat.
Officers are appealing for anyone who sees Joanna to contact them via 999.
She is described as white, around 5ft 3ins tall, and has grey shoulder-length hair.
She was last seen wearing a grey jersey, a blue anorak, jeans and brown walking boots.
