A FALMOUTH man who failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver of an alleged offence has been fined by magistrates.
Jeremy Johnson, aged 54, of Church Street, committed the offence on July 23.
He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £66 victim surcharge. His licence was endorsed with six points.

DRIVING a car which had been signed off the road has resulted in a fine for a Tregony man. 
Scott Barbery, aged 44, of Back Lane, denied committing the offence in Swale, Kent, on June 21. 
He was fined £660 and ordered to pay back duty of £367.50. He also had to pay £90 costs. 

A TRURO teenager will face a crown court trial after denying that he molested a female.
Before Bodmin magistrates on Friday, James Lee Endean, aged 19, of Cornish Crescent, pleaded not guilty to the offence, which allegedly took place on December 5. 
His case will be heard on January 4.

Benjamin Selman, aged 41, of Bar Road, committed the offence on June 11 on the A30 at Roseworthy, Camborne.
He was fined £440 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £44 victim surcharge. His licence was endorsed with four points. 

BREAKING a 30mph speed limit has resulted in a fine for a Falmouth man.
Taip Nafie Shaban, aged 38, of Market Strand, committed the offence on June 12 in a BMW in Plymouth. 
He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge. His licence was endorsed with three points.

DRIVING a motorcycle without insurance or a licence has resulted in a fine for a Pool man.
Scott Martin William Frank Streeter, aged 20, of East Pool Park, committed the offences at Illogan Highway on June 2.
He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £66 victim surcharge. His licence was endorsed with six points.

A WOMAN who exceeded a 50mph speed limit in a Ford Transit has had her case dealt with by Bodmin magistrates.
Naomi Webb, aged 32, of Oakland Park, Falmouth, committed the offence on the A38 at Notter Bridge.
She was fined £220 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge. Three points were added to her licence.
