A 40 year-old man who exposed his genitals in Falmouth Town railway station has appeared before Truro magistrates.
Martin Andrew Carpenter, from West End Court, Redruth, pleaded guilty to the charge of exposure with the intention that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress.
The offence is contrary to section 66 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Carpenter was made the subject of a community order and will be electronically monitored for 16 weeks.
The curfew details state that between the hours of 7pm and 6am from Saturday to Thursday and 8pm to 6am on Fridays, he must remain at his home address.
He is required to register with the police for five years in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
He was also ordered to pay £300 compensation.
