Rail services between Truro and Falmouth have been disrupted due to a points failure on the track at Penryn.
Great Western Railway have confirmed that services are likely to return to normal at midday.
The points failure means that only one train can run on the track at a time, and so the service has been reduced to hourly trains.
In the meantime, passengers can travel on First Kernow buses.
The following buses are taking passengers between Truro and Falmouth:
- First Kernow route U1: Truro (Bus Station) - Penryn (Station) - Falmouth (The Moor), First Kernow route U2: Redruth (Station) - Penryn (Station) - Falmouth (The Moor),
- First Kernow route T1: Penzance (Station) - St Erth (Station) - Hayle - Camborne (Bus Station) - Redruth (Station) - Truro
- First Kernow route T2: St Ives (Bus Station) - Carbis Bay - Lelant - Hayle - Camborne (Bus Station) - Redruth (Station) - Truro.
