A TRURO man facing a string of charges will appear before the city's magistrates next month.

Christopher Aaron German, aged 35, of City Road, was remanded on unconditional bail on Friday after pleading guilty to all six offences when he was in court.

The reason for the case being adjourned is to allow time for a DRR assessment, which is made for offences relating to drugs.

German pleaded guilty to the following offences:

* Assault in Camborne on August 22

* Criminal damage in Camborne when destroying a pane of glass on August 22

* Stole two topsides of beef, a gammon, cheesecake and a bottle of Jack Daniels to the value of £68.69 from Morrisons in Redruth on October 7

* Stole an electric toothbrush to the value of £24.98 from Superdrug in Camborne on August 27

* Failed to surrender to custody without reasonable excuse on October 22

* Failed to surrender to custody without reasonable excuse on December 4

He is due to appear before magistrates again at 10am on February 25.
