The air ambulance has been called to The Lizard this afternoon following a collision involving two cars.
Three people have been injured, with the driver of one of the cars having to be cut free by fire fighters.
The police force incident manager told the Packet that one person suffered a broken ankle, a second had a possible broken leg and a third was suffering soreness to their leg and back.
Emergency services were called just before 1.30pm, with the air ambulance scrambled.

The crash is understood to have taken place near to Kynance Garage, which has prevented access in and out of Lizard Village.
However, the road is understood to have recently reopened.
Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service said that crews from Mullion, St Keverne and Tolvaddon were called to Mile End, where they used crash rescue equipment to cut one casualty free.
"Casualties were treated on scene and conveyed to hospital via both air and land ambulance," added a spokesperson.
People had been urged to avoid using the back road between the Cadgwith turn off and the garage, as turning cars were hampering the access for emergency vehicles.
