An incident in which a woman was found in the boating lake of Coronation Park in Helston will not be investigated by police.
Devon and Cornwall Police have confirmed that the incident is linked to an ongoing medical condition and will not form part of a police investigation.
The local woman in her 70s remains in Treliske Hospital and her condition is improving.
She will continue to receive support from medical professionals.
Police have thanked the public for their assistance and support.
