Even more people going through cancer will be able to receive holistic support from a charity in Truro after receiving a donation.
The Made for Life Foundation offers complementary treatments, organic makeovers, nutritional advice, art therapy, meditation and relaxation techniques to people with cancer.
It has now received a cheque for £414 from Cornwall Innovation Centres - the money raised through its annual Christmas raffle.
Made for Life's head office and laboratory is based at the Health and Wellbeing Innovation Centre in Truro, with managing director Amanda Winwood saying she was "proud" to be associated with it.
She said: "We are a Cornish brand to the core, and innovation and wellbeing are at the heart of all we do, from creating a stunning range of 100 per cent organic skincare to devising our trademarked Touch Therapy treatments for those going through cancer.
“The Made for Life Foundation has enabled us to open spa doors to all and we could not continue to do this without the support of organisations like Health and Wellbeing Innovation Centre and the fundraising efforts of many people who believe in our mission.
"We are very grateful for the support of the Cornwall Innovation Centres and look forward to putting the money raised to good use in 2019."
