A man from Falmouth has denied causing grievous bodily harm in an alleged incident at Penmere Rail Station.
It allegedly took place on March 21 2018 when the defendant, Jack Blakeston of Windsor Court, was 17.
He appeared in Truro Crown Court today (Friday February 15) for arraignment where he pleaded not guilty to one charge of wounding or inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent.
Blakeston turned 18 on December 8 2018, meaning that the case is eligible to be tried at crown court rather than a youth court.
He was released on bail and will return to court to be tried by a jury on July 8.
