Hundreds of homes without water
HUNDREDS of homes have been without water this evening.
Householders in Troon and Four Lanes, near Redruth, are among those that have reported a loss of supply.
South West Water said it was sending an inspector to the scene to identify the issue.
It has since confirmed that a main has burst.
Most supplies have now been restored, but people may see a fluctuation in pressure for some time while emergency repairs continue.
