Crash on main road near Helston
A CRASH on the main road between Falmouth and Helston caused traffic delays this afternoon.
The incident happened on the A394 on a bend in the road near Trewennack Methodist Church, where a car crashed into a house.
The road was partially blocked for several hours and traffic was at one point described as "heavy" by traffic monitoring system Inrix.
It affected traffic between Helston and the hamlet of Trevenen, which is the other side of Trewennack towards Falmouth.
Road was cleared at around 4.30pm and traffic eased before rush hour.
