Children and staff celebrated World Book Day in real style at Mylor Bridge CP School on Thursday, enjoying a range of fun and exciting activities throughout the day.
All 140 pupils aged from 4 to 11 came to school dressed up as their favourite book characters including BFG, War Horse, Boy in the Dress, How to Train Your Dragon, Frodo Baggins, Freddie Mercury and Gangsta Granny. Staff members also got into the spirit with Harry Potter, Where the Wild Things Are, the Mad Hatter, Jedi Academy and a Highway Rat among many others.
The children at Mylor Bridge never fail to bring imagination and enthusiasm with them each day and the school would like to thank the tireless parents and carers for their endless support, and some incredible artistic skills.
