A man who police had been trying to track down for a week after allegedly assaulting two officers has been caught thanks to a public appeal for help.
Ryan Walsh, aged 27, of Ennors Road, Newquay, has now been charged with two counts of obstructing or resisting a police officer in the execution of their duty.
He is due to appear at Bodmin Magistrates court on Thursday, March 28.
Police were forced to put out a public appeal on Friday, asking for help in finding Walsh. He was found and arrested on Saturday evening.
A police spokesperson said: "Officers would like to thank the public for their assistance."
