A MAN who was killed in a crash on the A30 at the weekend has been named by police.
Officers were called at 12.35am last Saturday, March 30, to reports of a three-vehicle collision on the eastbound carriageway.
The victim was 54-year-old Paul Walton, from Bodmin, who was the driver of a Renault Clio that was involved in a collision with an Audi A4 and an HGV.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
The two occupants of the Audi were taken to Treliske Hospital, where they remain with serious injuries, and the driver of the HGV was uninjured.
Investigating officers are appealing for witnesses who saw the silver Renault Clio in the area of Innis Downs or the A30 at or around 12.30am on Saturday, March 30, or have any dashcam footage of the vehicle or collision.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or who has information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting log 32 of Saturday, March 30.
