The disappearance of an eight-year-old girl sparked a hunt of the Cornish coast path.
Falmouth Coastguard Rescue Team were among those called in to help police with the search yesterday afternoon.
It was after the girl was discovered missing, having last been seen between Swanpool and Gyllyngvase beaches in Falmouth.
The coastguard team was scrambled just before 4.25pm, but was subsequently stood down after the girl was found by police officers while the coastguard volunteers were en route.
