A WOMAN who used a car without insurance has been fined.

Susan Shaun Barratt, aged 54, of Collins Parc, Stithians, admitted committing the offence in a BMW on November 30 at Pool.

She was also charged with aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring Aaron Webber to drive the car, otherwise in accordance with a licence.

She was fined £249 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge. Her licence was endorsed with six points.
