Revised plans have gone in to convert a former Falmouth convenience store into housing.
Mr and Mrs Duncan have resubmitted a planning application for Albany Stores in Lister Street, to change the use from a shop to residential.
The designs show the building being converted into three apartments.
The applications states that plans have been revised to reduce the number of units, due to "the complexity and unexpectedly high costs of the previous scheme, which involved extensive ground works in a confined space."
Cornwall Council is due to make a decision by June 20.
