The driver of this bedding lorry was feeling anything but rested this lunchtime after attempting a journey up a Falmouth hill with unfortunate consequences.
The South West Laundry lorry, promoting its Pure Luxury range of bedding and towels, was trying to negotiate the turn up steep Symons Hill, just along from the Greenbank Hotel, when it became jammed.

This led to the road being blocked for a time, with drivers encouraged to find an alternative route.
According to David Holden, who saw it unfold, the lorry was eventually freed from its predicament by another one of the company's lorries reversing into the wedged vehicle and forcing it out.
