A MAN who exposed his genitals in the street has been given a community order by Truro magistrates.
James Andrew Polley, of Morwenna Gardens, Perranporth, admitted committing a public nuisance by indecently exposing himself in the presence of a member of public, in Camborne on April 27.
The 21 year-old also pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a woman, causing her harassment, alarm or distress.
That incident took place on the same day.
Magistrates revoked a previous community order which was made on March 25 after Polley was sentenced for driving whilst disqualified in Truro on January 23.
The new community order requires Polley to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge for the exposure offence and a further £100 compensation for the abusive behaviour.
