Blaze at car lot believed to be arson
JUST two days after a fire tore through houses in Illogan, another huge blaze believed to be arson took place just down the road in Pool last night.
Two fire crews and an officer attended a call to a van fire at Dudley Car Sales in Dudnance Lane at 9.15pm.
On arrival the crew confirmed there was a fire involving multiple vehicles that had spread to an out building measuring 8 x 4 metres.
Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, two jets and a main hose to fight the flames.
A fire investigation will take place this morning as the cause is believed to be arson.
