No charges are to be brought by police following the death of a woman at this year's Obby Oss festival in Padstow.
Police have concluded their investigation into the death of 34-year-old Laura Smallwood from Padstow, who died after an incident at the Obby Oss Festival on May 1.
A police spokesperson said: "Officers have decided that there would be no criminal charges brought against any person linked to Laura’s death.
"Laura’s family are aware of this decision and have worked closely with detectives throughout the investigation.
"Police would like to thank the public for their assistance throughout this investigation."
The death has now been officially referred to the coroner.
