Helston Community College celebrated the achievements of their year 11 students at a presentation evening.
Students were awarded certificates for their effort, achievement and dedication.
Special awards were given out to Catherine Kitto (Helston Community College Dance Trophy), Joe Wallis (The Bickford Smith Cup for RE), Joe Lander (PJ McGovern Cup for Perseverance), Jamie Robertson (F Delves 2014 Cup for Exemplary Leadership and Teamwork), Katie Jenkin (AP Valves Design & Technology Award), Holly Toy (Design & Technology Food and Nutrition Award) and May Marr (Mark Upton Community Drama Cup).
Awards were also presented for each subject, to Jonathon, Emily, Sofia, Kells, William, Jenny, Jamie, Charlie, Scarlett, Shannon, Erin, Madeline, Abbie, Erin, Amber, Catherine, Kerensa, Bethany, Kai, Luca, Isabella, Leon, Ruby, Demelza, Rowan, Sam and Lia.
Four students were also presented with awards for a 100 per cent attendance record over the five years they have been at the school: Oliver Holbrook, Harry Kirk, Ashley Yould and Maia Roberts
